Membership for 2026-27 SASO year is open!!

renewing members can renew starting 5/1

new members can join starting 5/15.

Membership applications will be accepted until 5/31, or we reach capacity.

We can't wait for you to join us!

ALL MEMBERS - Once you have submitted a paid application and have a login, you and your son will be able to view and signup for opportunities starting on 6/1 (not before). The SASO year runs from 6/1 - 5/31.

RENEWING MEMBERS - 

1- Update contact info under "My Account" before completing application. Make sure all renewing sons are visible on your account. If you have a new son joining, you have the option to add son(s).

2- Complete the membership application and pay for the membership. The membership application is on "My Account" page (scroll to very bottom of page). 

3 - When Membership closes, you will receive a 'welcome email' with instructions on how to invite your son(s) to create their own accounts, if they do not already have an account. Sons need their own accounts to see volunteer opportunities and record their events.

NEW MEMBERS -

1- Create a membership toolkit account following the on-screen steps.

2- Once your email address is verified, enter your contact information and add your son(s) contact information.

3- Complete the membership application and pay for the membership. The membership application is on "My Account" page (scroll to very bottom of page). The names of all sons that are becoming members will be displayed. Order a membership for each son. Moms are included in the son's membership purchase (do not purchase a membership for mom).

4- When Membership closes, you will receive a 'welcome email' with instructions on how to invite your son(s) to create their own accounts. Sons need their own accounts to see volunteer opportunities and record their events.

MOMS - If you have an interest in joining the board, please get in touch. We would love to welcome new members/freshmen moms into roles. Please consider joining!

Moms and sons need to wear lanyards to SASO Events. Purchase lanyards when you purchase or renew a membership.

If membership is closed and you still need to purchase a lanyard? Complete this form to order. We ask that each mother and son wear a lanyard when volunteering so philanthropies know we are there!
